Bulk RNA-seq from murine left ventricels after Doxorubicin and HDACi co-treatment

ABSTRACT: The knowledge of the molecular basis of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity is still limited. We assessed the transcriptional alterations in the murine heart (LV) after Doxorubicin treatment and HDACi (SAHA) at different time points in C57BL6 WT and HDAC4 cardiomyocyte-specific knockouts (HDAC4-cKO).
