ABSTRACT: Human FOXP3+ regulatory T cells were isolated as CD4+CD25+CD127- population from PBMCs. Cells were stimulated with TCR stimulation with the presence of rhIL-2. Naive cells were CD45RA+ and memory cells were CD45RA-.
