ABSTRACT: Determine the contribution of repressive H3-K27me3 marks on differential gene expression in primary human fibroblasts from fetal lung (WI38), adult lung, adult abdomen, and adult breast under conditions of proliferation, and for the WI38 cells, in senescence induced by etoposide.
