Advanced mass spectrometry methods were leveraged to analyze both proteomics and metabolomics signatures in plasma upon controlled tissue injury (TI) and hemorrhagic shock (HS)-isolated or combined-in a swine model, followed by correlation to viscoelastic measurements of coagulopathy via thrombelastography.Background
