A patient with the <i>PSEN1</i> E280A mutation and homozygous for <i>APOE3</i> Christchurch (<i>APOE3Ch</i>) displayed extreme resistance to Alzheimer's disease (AD) cognitive decline and tauopathy, despite having a high amyloid burden.
