Construction of a predictive model of respiratory endoscopic intervention in children with lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.

ABSTRACT:

Background

This study aimed to analyze the clinical features of children with lobar pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection, to explore the independent risk factors for bronchoscopic intervention in children with lobar pneumonia caused by MP infection. There is a lack of objective assessment tools to guide the use of bronchoscopy in clinical practice. For children with lobar pneumonia caused by MP infection, whether line shall be actively bronchoscope intervention therapy remains to be further defined. We also aimed to construct an early warning model of bronchoscopic intervention to provide an objective evaluation tool for clinicians.
