ABSTRACT: In the mol-ecule of the title compound, C(15)H(13)N(3)O(4), the dihedral angle between the pyrazole and benzene ring planes is 67.7 (1)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by an intra-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bond and two weak inter-molecular C-H⋯O inter-actions.

Project description:The title compound, C(15)H(13)N(3)O(4), was synthesized from dimethyl 1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxyl-ate and 4-(bromo-meth-yl)benzonitrile. The inter-planar angle between the pyrazole and cyano-benzyl ring planes is 71.74 (17)° and an intramolecular C-H⋯O interaction occurs. The crystal structure is stabilized by π-π stacking inter-actions between the neighbouring pyrazole and benzene rings [centroid-centroid distances of 3.5074 (16) and 3.9401 (15) Å, respectively]. One of the methyl groups is disordered over two positions of equal occupancy.

Project description:The title mol-ecule, C(9)H(9)N(3)O(4), syhthesized from 1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid and 2-bromo-acetonitrile, is approximately planar; the inter-planar angles between the pyrazole ring and the mean planes of the two carboxylate units and the cyanomethyl unit are 4.49 (10), 5.56 (9) and 5.03 (19)°, respectively. In the crystal, inversion dimers linked by pairs of weak C-H ⋯O bonds occur, and the packing is further stabilized by aromatic π-π stacking [centroid-centroid separation = 3.793 (4) Å].

Project description:The title pyrrole derivative, C(12)H(17)NO(4), consists of a pyrrole ring with two diagonally attached meth-oxy-carbonyl groups and two diagonally attached ethyl groups. Project description:In the title compound, 2C(6)H(9)N(2) (+)·C(5)H(2)N(2)O(4) (2-)·3H(2)O, the 1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxyl-ate anion is close to planar [maximum deviation = 0.208 (1) Å]. The two distinct 2-amino-5-methyl-pyridinium cations are also almost planar, with maximum deviations of 0.018 (2) and 0.014 (2) Å. In the crystal, pairs of inter-molecular N-H⋯O and O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds connect neighbouring mol-ecules into dimers, generating R(2) (2)(8) and R(2) (4)(8) ring motifs, respectively. Further inter-molecular N-H⋯O, O-H⋯O and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into a three-dimensional network.

Project description:The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Ni(C(2)H(8)N(2))(3)](C(5)H(2)N(2)O(4))·1.67H(2)O, consists of three [Ni(en)(3)](2+) dications (en is ethyl-enediamine), three [(pzdc)(3)](2-) dianions (pzdc is pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxyl-ate) and five water mol-ecules. In each complex dication, the Ni(II) atom is coordinated by six N atoms from three en ligands forming a distorted octa-hedral coordination geometry. In the crystal, the ions and water mol-ecules are linked into a three-dimensional framework by a large number of N-H⋯O and O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
