ABSTRACT: In the title compound, [ZnCl(2)(C(6)H(7)N)(2)], the Zn(II) ion (site symmetry 2) adopts a near-regular tetra-hedral ZnN(2)Cl(2) coordination geometry. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by N-H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, generating (100) sheets containing R(2) (2)(8) loops.
