Trastuzumab resistance is leading cause of mortality in HER2-positive breast cancers, and the role of TGF-β-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in trastuzumab resistance is well established, but the involvement of lncRNAs in trastuzumab resistance is still unknown.
