We demonstrate spectroscopic photonic force optical coherence elastography (PF-OCE). Oscillations of microparticles embedded in viscoelastic hydrogels were induced by harmonically modulated optical radiation pressure and measured by phase-sensitive spectral-domain optical coherence tomography.
