Tetracycline resistance is still considered one of the most abundant antibiotic resistances among pathogenic and commensal microorganisms. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of tetracycline resistance (<i>tet</i>) genes in broiler chickens in Tunisia, and this was done by PCR.
