A PLE (pressurized liquid extraction) method was adjusted following a full-factorial experimental design to obtain bioactive-enriched fractions from <i>Tuber aestivum</i> and <i>Terfezia claveryi</i>. Temperature, time and solvent (water, ethanol and ethanol-water 1:1) parameters were investigated.
