ABSTRACT: A polygenic risk score (PGS) is associated with obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD) independent of traditional risk factors. Coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA) can characterize coronary plaques, including features of highrisk CAD. However, it is unknown if a PGS is associated with obstructive CAD and high-risk CAD phenotypes in patients with symptoms suggestive of CAD.
