Curcumin (diferuloylmethane) is bioactive phenolic compound which exerts diverse antimetastatic effect. Several studies have reported the antimetastatic effect of curcumin by its ability to modulate the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process in different cancers, but underlying molecular mechanism is poorly understood.
