<i>Bischofia polycarpa</i> seed oil is rich in nutrition and positively affects on human health. We analyzed and compared the chemical compositions, antioxidant activities, and quality characteristics of <i>Bischofia polycarpa</i> seed oils using different solvents and cold-pressing.
