ABSTRACT: ACTIVE-NP is a pipeline designed for the rapid discovery of bioactive natural products from marine organisms. to develop a simple and effective protocol for conducting a bioguided dereplication and fractionation process, particularly suited to cases where biological assays are not carried out on the same platform as fractionation and isolation.
