Expression data from lung and spleen natural killer cells of WT and Kras mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Natural killer (NK) cells are gradually induced into a dysfunctional state, and increasingly lose their antitumor effect during lung cancer development. To gain mechanistic insights into these findings, we performed unsupervised bioinformatic analyses by microarrays. We used microarrays to identify a pivotal molecule involved in NK cell dysfunction.
