ABSTRACT: The differential ncRNA and mRNA expression profile was compared between hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous normal tissues by microarray We use microarray to detail the gene expression of hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous normal tissues and Identify differentially expressed genes Overall design: The tissues from hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous were selected RNA extraction and hybriduzation on Affymetrix miRNA arrays. We sought to Investigate the interaction of non-coding RNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma The para-cancerous tissue comes from the same patient as the tumor sample. For example, sample id Ca2 is the tumor sample, Ca2p is the the para-cancerous tissue and Ca2 and Ca2p come from the same patient 2.
