Simultaneous control of non-coding RNA on the G2/M phase of the cell cycle in hepatocellular carcinoma [lncRNA and mRNA]


ABSTRACT: The differential ncRNA and mRNA expression profile was compared between hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous normal tissues by microarray We use microarray to detail the gene expression of hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous normal tissues and Identify differentially expressed genes Overall design: The tissues from hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous were selected RNA extraction and hybriduzation on lncRNA+mRNA arrays. We sought to Investigate the interaction of RNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma. Cancer and paracancerous normal tissues were taken from the same patient. Please note that these arrays are dual channel but were processed in a single-channel analysis. Raw data files are listed in the description field and are available in a tar archive at the foot of this record.
