Transcriptome changes in BMDM cells of Trex1 knockout mouse before and after STING antagonists treatments
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Trex1 is known as a major cellular 3'-to-5' exonuclease which could digest both single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) with mismatched 3' termini. Loss of Trex1 led to cell-intrinsic initiation of autoimmunity. Here, we investigated transcriptome changes in BMDM cells of Trex1 knockout mouse after STING antagonists (SN-011, H151) treatments.
