Predicting the metabolomic impact of deregulated microRNAs in lung squamous cell carcinoma


ABSTRACT: We have previously defined key metabolomic changes in Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma (LSCC) compared to histologically normal tissues (Paes de Araújo et al., 2019). Here our goals were to define microRNA changes in the same tissues, in addition to verifying the detection of deregulated microRNAs in plasma from the same patients.
