Expression data from "A patient-derived cell atlas of glioblastoma informs precision targeting of the proteasome" (Johansson et al, Cell Reports, 2020)

ABSTRACT: We analysed gene expression levels in a panel of pharmacologically patient derived glioblastoma cell lines. The purpose of the experiment was to provide gene expression data for predictive modeling of drug responses.
