Identify LOC550643-regulated miRNAs in MDA-MB-231 cell (miRNA-Seq)

ABSTRACT: The objective of this study is to unravel the metastasis-associated lncRNAs involved in the regulation of cell migration and invasion in breast cancer cells. Using next generation sequencing approach, we identify differential expression miRNAs in MDA-MB-231 cells with LOC550643 knockdown.
