Genome-wide analysis of gene expression in human oral tumor and negative margin oral tissue from matched patients.


ABSTRACT: Analysis of gene expression levels from oral tumor and normal tissue. The purpose of this experiment was to compare profiles of gene expression between tumor and negative margin tissue from matched patient samples. Overall design: Total RNA obtained from excised patient tumor and negative margin oral tongue tissue samples.
