ABSTRACT: Expression data from hyperplastic polyps and normal colonic mucosa from patients with familial and sporadic hyperplastic polyposis syndrome (HPPS). We aim to characterize at a molecular level a cohort of hyperplastic lesions from HPPS patients with and without family history.
