MRNA expression data of benzene exposed mice and IGF2BP1 overexpressed mice


ABSTRACT: Benzene induced bone marrow damage, and IGF2BP1 was reduced in mice. IGF2BP1 is a RNA binding protein, and can regulate the RNA expression. Therefore, we constructed IGF2BP1 overexpression mice to explore the role of IGF2BP1 We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression after benzene exposure and identified distinct classes of IGF2BP1-regulated genes during this process.
