Extensive reprogramming of lipid metabolism in the liver during West Nile virus infection in mice highlights novel aspects of disease pathophysiology [brain]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the in vivo lipid metabolism changes during WNV infection in a mouse model, we infected mice with WNV NY99 to compare to uninfected (mock) mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq from infected vs uninfected mice and treated mice.
