MeRIPseq of m6A in HL7702 cells with with stable knockdown of TTP
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification plays a central role in liver diseases. TTP has been known as a transcriptional co-factor and can interact with some transcription factors to regulate gene expression at the transcriptional level. However, the molecular mechanism underlying the transcriptional regulation of several m6A-associated genes by TTP remains to be defined.
