RNA-seq data of ginsenoside Rg3-treated BGC823 gastric cancer cells

ABSTRACT: This study aims to explore the potential mechanism of Ginsenoside Rg3 against gastric cancer,we first found that the anti-GC cell proliferation by Rg3 in part is via inhibiting the formation of E2F-DP heterodimers, and suppressing the p53-p21-cyclin/CDKs-RB signaling pathway. These find-ings highlight the potential of Rg3 as a natural product with low toxicity and anti-tumor activity in cancer treatment.
