Transcriptomic Analysis of WT and IGF2BP2 KO Macrophages Reveals Metabolic Alterations
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This dataset contains RNA-Seq data from wild-type (WT) and IGF2BP2 knockout (KO) bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMs) under basal and IL-4-stimulated conditions. Loss of IGF2BP2 led to significant transcriptional changes, particularly in genes regulating metabolism, mitochondrial function, and cell migration. Pathway analysis revealed a metabolic shift toward glycolysis and reduced migratory capacity. Details: Int J Biol Sci 2026; 22(6):2754-2773. doi:10.7150/ijbs.122142
