ABSTRACT: This repository contains raw bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing reads generated from mouse T lymphocyte samples. Libraries were prepared and sequenced using standard protocols.

Project description:Variation in transciptomic patterns between shallow and mesophotic corals was assessed using tag-based RNA-Seq (Tag-Seq) through analysis of natural populations across four regions in the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, colonies were fate-tracked and repeatedly sampled to assess changes in gene expression through time in a transplant experiment between shallow and mesophotic depth zones at West and East Flower Garden Banks. This repository contains the raw .fastq.gz files for all sequenced samples.

Deep and fast label-free Dynamic Organellar Mapping - DIA datasets

Project description:The Dynamic Organellar Maps (DOMs) approach combines cell fractionation and shotgun-proteomics for global profiling analysis of protein subcellular localization. Here, we have drastically enhanced the performance of DOMs through data-independent acquisition (DIA) mass spectrometry (MS). DIA-DOMs achieve twice the depth of our previous workflow in the same MS runtime, and substantially improve profiling precision and reproducibility. This repository contains all DIA-LFQ benchmark datasets that were measured with our optimized DIA methods: single shot or triple shot on 100 min, 44 min and 21 min gradients.

Total RNA was isolated from 10 snap frozen liver tissue samples using RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen). 250~300 bp insert eukaryotic mRNA derived cDNA non-directional libraryRNA libraries were prepared using standard Illumina protocols. The sequencing were performed on Illumina Platform PE150, with 20M raw reads/sample.
