Transcriptomic profiling of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs)/activated-hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) of murine cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) by NanoString GeoMX DSP.

ABSTRACT: To study whether targeting Cd274/PD-L1 of HSCs by Cre/loxP approach in mice altered HSC transcriptome, HSC activation into CAFs, CCA/HSC interactions, and CCA growth, portal vein injection of SB mouse CCA cells (1 million cells per mouse) was performed on two months old Cd274+/+Col1A1Cre mice and two months old Cd274F/FCol1A1Cre mice. Murine CCA sections were prepared for transcriptomic profiling with the NanoString GeoMix DSP
