Single Cell RNA Sequencing of immune cell populations from WT and Cdh5-cre Myct1 fl/fl mice

ABSTRACT: We have examined single-cell sequencing using 10x Genomics scRNA-seq to study changes in the immune cell population from tumor-bearing Cdh5-cre Myct1 f/f mice. Previously, we identified that Myct1 is expressed in endothelial cells, and Myct1 deficiency reduces tumor angiogenesis, thereby enhancing the anti-tumor immune environment. This scRNA-seq provides a transcriptomic analysis of immune cells in the tumor microenvironment, showing how tumor angiogenesis affects immune cells in the tumor.
