PAR1 signaling in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Here, we investigated the effects of activated Protein C (aPC) and thrombin (THR) on human CD34+ hematopoieitc stem and progenitor cells (HSPC) enriched from mobilized peripheral blood of 1 healthy donor. Both aPC and THR act on protease-activated receptors. In this data set, CD34+ were stimulated for two different timepoints: 4h to measure intermendiate changes of gene expression and 24h to investigate potential long-term changes in gene expression and differentiation.
