RNA-seq analysis of pericytes with OPA1 overexpression
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Chronic allograft dysfunction (CAD) is the leading cause of long-term kidney transplant failure, characterized by pericyte-to-myofibroblast transition (PMT)-driven progressive interstitial fibrosis. We identified that OPA1-containing extracellular vesicles from autophagy-deficient endothelial cells promote PMT through dual ROS-dependent pathways. This dataset contains RNA-seq data from C3H10T1/2 pericytes with or without OPA1 overexpression to investigate the transcriptional changes during PMT.
