COL1A1-Enhanced CD44/SLC7A11 Interaction and Cystine Uptake Result in CD34+ Foam-Like Macrophage Accumulation in Transplant Arteriosclerosis-Spatial Transcriptomic dataset
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Chronic transplant arteriosclerosis is a major cause of long-term graft failure. To investigate the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying vascular remodeling, we performed integrated transcriptomic analyses including single-cell RNA-seq and Stereo-seq spatial transcriptomics in human chronic allograft vasculopathy specimens and mouse vascular allograft models. These data support the identification of inflammatory foam-like macrophages and their association with COL1A1-CD44-SLC7A11 signaling and cystine uptake.
