Targeting the Disulfidptosis Key Gene SLC5A6 Inhibits HCC Proliferation and Improves the Immune Microenvironment
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The sequencing samples comprised two human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines, QGY-7701 and SMMC-7721. Each cell line was subjected to two distinct conditions to construct an in vitro disulfidptosis model: a Control group maintained in glucose-containing complete medium, and a Model group transitioned to glucose-free medium to induce glucose starvation. Two biological replicates were prepared for each condition, yielding a total of 8 samples (4 for QGY-7701 and 4 for SMMC-7721) for subsequent RNA extraction and high-throughput transcriptomic sequencing.
