Transcriptome sequencing data from zebrafish with BDPrB-induced eye injury, May 13 '26
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigates the molecular mechanisms of BDPrB-induced eye damage in zebrafish through high-throughput RNA sequencing. BDPrB (N-butyl-N-(3,4-dihydroxybenzyl)propanamide) treatment was applied to zebrafish larvae/adults to induce retinal/ocular injury. RNA-seq was performed on eye tissues to identify differentially expressed genes and perturbed signaling pathways associated with BDPrB-mediated visual toxicity.
