The scaffolding protein AKAP79/150 shapes innate immune responses to allergen
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Allergic airway inflammation involves innate immune signaling pathways that regulate inflammatory gene expression and cytokine responses. In this study, we performed RNA-seq analysis of mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages following house dust mite (HDM) allergen exposure to examine transcriptional changes associated with allergen-induced immune activation. These data provide gene expression profiles that may help define inflammatory and immune pathways regulated during HDM-driven innate immune responses.
