KAT7-Driven Lactylation of CCAR2 Promotes Macrophage Extracellular Traps Formation and Accelerates Atherosclerosis Progression
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: KAT7 regulates macrophage foam cell formation and atherosclerosis progression. To identify transcriptional changes associated with KAT7 deficiency in macrophages, bulk RNA-seq was performed using bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) from Ctrl and KAT7KO mice. Three biological replicates were included for each group. Differential expression analysis was performed for KAT7KO versus Ctrl to identify KAT7-regulated genes and pathways in macrophages.
