Gene expression profiling of H23 lung adenocarcinoma cells treated with sotorasib and linsitinib alone or in combination


ABSTRACT: KRAS G12C inhibitors have improved the treatment of KRAS G12C-mutant lung cancer; however, adaptive resistance limits their long-term efficacy. To investigate the transcriptional effects of combined KRAS and IGF1R inhibition, we performed RNA sequencing of the KRAS G12C-mutant lung adenocarcinoma cell line H23 following treatment with sotorasib, linsitinib, or their combination. This dataset provides genome-wide gene expression profiles associated with single-agent and combination treatments and may facilitate the identification of molecular mechanisms underlying the enhanced antitumor effects of combined KRAS and IGF1R inhibition.
