Transcriptomic profiling of YBX1 knockdown in human nucleus pulposus cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Intervertebral disc degeneration is accompanied by extracellular matrix remodeling and inflammatory changes in nucleus pulposus cells. To characterize transcriptional changes associated with Y-box binding protein 1 (YBX1) depletion, bulk RNA sequencing was performed on primary human nucleus pulposus cells transfected with YBX1-targeting small interfering RNA or negative-control small interfering RNA. The dataset contains six libraries, comprising three biological replicates per condition.
