CSF1R isoform composition in commercially sourced pooled human blood RNA controls measured by targeted long-read RNA sequencing
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Targeted Oxford Nanopore long-read RNA sequencing was used to assess CSF1R isoform composition in two commercially sourced pooled human blood RNA controls. Takara Bio lot 2206112 and Invitrogen lot 481280-000 were each processed in triplicate using the targeted amplicon workflow. The dataset supports assessment of consistency of CSF1R transcript representation across independent replicates and between commercial control sources. Patient-derived sequencing data are not included because they contain potentially re-identifiable information and cannot be deposited in an open-access repository.
