ABSTRACT: This study investigated the time-dependent transcriptional responses of human BEAS-2B bronchial epithelial cells to Newcastle disease virus (NDV) infection using bulk RNA sequencing. RNA-seq profiles were generated at 0, 12, 24, 36, and 48 hours, with three biological replicates at each time point.
