Gene Expression Dataset of Tazemetostat-Treated SW-1736 Cells Using the WNT Signaling RT² Profiler PCR Array
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study evaluates the transcriptional response of human anaplastic thyroid carcinoma SW-1736 cells to the EZH2 inhibitor tazemetostat, with emphasis on WNT signaling pathway-related gene expression. SW-1736 cells were treated with 33.90 µM tazemetostat for 24, 48, and 72 hours. Total RNA was isolated, converted to cDNA, and analyzed using the Qiagen RT² Profiler PCR Array Human WNT Signaling Pathway (PAHS-043Z) on a Roche LightCycler 480 Real-Time PCR System.
