Murine myoblasts : Control vs. Reversine treated cells


ABSTRACT: Transcriptional profiling of mouse myoblasts comparing control untreated C2C12 cells with reversine-treated C2C12 cells. Keywords: Differentiation state analysis Overall design: Two-condition experiment, C2C12 cells vs. reversine-treated C2C12 cells. Biological replicates: 2 control, 2 reversine-trated cells, independently grown and harvested. One replicate per array.

Functional dedifferentiation of lineage-committed cells toward pluripotency may have a great potential in regenerative medicine.
