Brown adipose tissue (BAT) expression data from WT or ABHD15-/- on normal chow diet at refeeding state


ABSTRACT: Abhd15 is mainly expressed in adipose tissues and highly upregulated upon adipogenesis. Abhd15 expression is correlated with insulin resistance in obese humans, however its physiological function remains unknown. We used the microarray technology to gain insight into ABHD15’s physiological function by identifying dysregulated genes in BAT from Abhd15-ko mice in comparison to WT mice. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression in BAT and identified distinct dysregulated genes in response to refeeding
