Proteomic analysis for Angiotensin Ⅱ-stimulated mouse VSMCs with the administration of 10-hydroxydec-2-enoic acid
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To disclose the mechanism of 10-hydroxydec-2-enoic acid (10-HDA) regulating the function of mouse vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC), the LC-MS/MS based proteomic approach was used to identify the differentially expressed proteins between control VSMCs and those with Angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ)-stimulation, as well as Ang Ⅱ-stimulated VSMCs and those treated by 10-HDA. The project included raw.data of the three VSMC groups (control, Ang Ⅱ, and Ang Ⅱ+10-HDA), which were applied for the further investigation.
