ABSTRACT: Fresh peripheral blood was collected from gastric cancer patients in the second hospital of Lanzhou University. There were 30 patients with non metastatic gastric cancer (GCMN), 29 patients with healthy control group (NC), 31 patients with gastric mucosal lesions (GML), 8 patients with non metastatic gastric cancer for 1 month (gcmno), 11 patients with non metastatic gastric cancer for 4 months (gcmnsf), 15 patients with metastatic gastric cancer for 1 month (gcmso), 12 patients with metastatic gastric cancer for 4 months (gcmsf), and 15 patients with microsatellite unstable gastric cancer (gcmsi). Blood collection vessels containing coagulant were used to obtain serum. All patients had not received chemotherapy or radiotherapy before sampling, and individuals with autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases or multiple primary cancers were excluded.
