Phylloporia crataegi and Phylloporia fontanesiae proteomics


ABSTRACT: In this study, Phylloporia crataegi was found to exhibit superior antitumor activity compared to Phylloporia fontanesiae through preliminary experimental findings. Subsequently, proteomics analysis was performed to investigate the molecular differences between the two species at the same fermentation stage, shedding light on the underlying mechanisms responsible for the enhanced antitumor properties of P. crataegi.
